Installation: Using the IMG Tool 2.0 program, replace the "gta3.img" file (it is located in the Models folder), the "kuruma.dff" and "kuruma.txd" files with the ones from the archive. Next, using the Collision File Editor program, replace the "vehicles.col" file (it is located in the Models / coll folder), the "kuruma.col" file with a similar one from the archive. Then replace the lines in the files "carcols.dat", "handling.cfg" and "default.ide" (they are in the Data folder) with those that are written in "readme.txt".
