Weather and MB Control

Description

This script allows you to change the weather and motion blur in the game. Doesn't work on a mission.

Management
------------------
T - open close menu
RIGHT - increase the value of
LEFT - decrease the value of
UP, DOWN - switch weather blur image

Requirements
-----------------
gta3.exe 1.0 or 1.1;
CLEO Library by Alien;
GXT hook plugin.

Installing
------------------
Unpack the CLEO folder into the game folder.
