This script allows you to have 100% completion rewards from VC in III (something which GTA 3 lacked entirely)

How to install: install CLEO and put the CLEO folder in your GTA 3 folder.

What it includes:

+50 health and armor bonus by saving 35 peds in paramedic mission (it's obtained along with the health pickup reward, no need to save 35 peds in a row in one sitting)
double health and armor, infinite ammo and double vehicle health when you get 100% completion (all saves are supported)
health refill after saving and loading the save just like in VC and SA
