You may not want to see this van anywhere else, but you will definitely like it in this game.
Installation is simple, depending on your choice, move the folder "Top Fun (III Style)" or "Top Fun (III Style) Beta" to the GTA3 Modloader folder, and that's it.
Works in both the original version and in Updated Classic, Classic Edition.
