RISE FM Remake

Hi all. After I made a remake of RISE FM for GTA III on android/ios, I decided to get to the PC version.

Installation method: Unpack everything from the archive into the root of the game, into the audio folder.
(I personally tested the functionality of the mod in the original GTA III, and with the Tightened Thrise mod).
