Aloha! This fix fixes two bugs in DimZet's mod - Dynamic Light. You could observe these bugs in Chinatown and near the eatery near the Callahan Bridge.
Installation: Go to IMGTool, find light.img in the models folder and replace two files in it, that is, chinalanterns.dff and dinersign.dff
