Hello everyone. We all know that in GTA 3, any cutscene is played with stripes at the bottom and top, giving a cinematic picture, but we cannot turn it off when necessary. This mod removes black bars altogether. This script was taken from the collection of D-BOX scripts from DimZet and other modmakers.

Installation: Add the d_no_screen.cs file to the GTA 3 / CLEO folder. You need to download CLEO.
