All saves are signed and are in a separate folder. In brackets, next to the name, it is indicated how the mission icon (icon) looks on the radar. If you want the save to occupy another slot, then in the name change the last digit to any one from 1 to 8 (for example, from "GTA3sf1" to "GTA3sf3", then the save will be in slot 3).
