Squat Shooting

This plugin adds the ability to crouch and shoot from any weapon, except for sniper rifles, explosives and melee weapons.

Features:
- The rate of fire depends on the settings in weapon.dat
- Weapon shakes when fired
- All necessary sounds are present

Weaknesses:
- Supported version of the game is 1.0 - fixed, thanks to DimZet13.

- The animation is the same for all types of weapons

Update 12/17/20 - Added support for GTA 3 v1.1, thanks to DimZet13.
