I learned about this character while playing a mod for Max Payne 2 called "Van Hellsing Part 2. Regeneration". In fact, Alucard is a character in the Hellsing manga and anime adaptation of the same name. I liked the character and I wanted to make it in some GTA. I was looking for a similar model and came across a pedestrian in GTA 3, which is very similar to Alucard in its outlines. Were made: glasses, pale skin, teeth with fangs (while the character's mouth is open), a red cloak, a red hat with a turquoise bandage on it, white gloves, and shoes - all this stuff is Alucard's outfit. Based on the b_man2 model.
Installation: replace player.dff with gta3.img, in your GTA III directory. Drop Alucard.bmp into the skins folder (but you can rename it to player.bmp and drop it into models/generic replacing the default Claude skin).
