    Disables hostility with gangs.

    Requirements:
    Have CLEO v1.7 or higher installed
    Game version - any PC version.

    Installation:
    Copy the CLEO folder to the game folder.
    Changes remain in the next save.

    Note:
    compared to the previous stat mod
    do not disturb the gangs, otherwise they will hang you lyuley.
