GTA3: Steelport is a modification that replaces the familiar Liberty City with a completely new city – Steelport. The city was not exactly copied from its prototype from the computer game Saints Row 3, however, it is a reworking of the original version into a more recognizable city for those interested in the East Coast of the United States. In part, this version of the city was inspired by New York and, in particular, Manhattan. In this version, only one island will be available to you - the Commercial Part of the City - but I myself hope to continue developing the remaining areas and, over time, provide a more complete version of the city for download.

GTA3: Steelport – это модификация, заменяющая привычный Liberty City на абсолютно новый город – Steelport. Город не был в точности скопирован со своего прототипа из компьютерной игры Saints Row 3, однако, является переработкой исходного варианта в более узнаваемый, для интересующихся Восточным Побережьем США, город. Частично, данная версия города была вдохновлена Нью-Йорком и, в частности, Манхэттеном. В данной версии вам будет доступен лишь один остров – Коммерческая Часть Города – но сам я надеюсь продолжить разработку остальных районов и, со временем, предоставить для скачивания более полную версию города.
