Fix car ID 154, 155, 159

The script fixes bugs that appear when adding cars to ID 154, 155, 159.

Bugs:
ID 154 - the car could not reverse and had helicopter physics.
ID 155, 159 - the wheels of the cars are gone, so they can't drive.

To fix this, you need to drop this script into the CLEO folder and enjoy the game.
CLEO is a must!
