The crack for the Frosted Winter mod (GTA 3) was released a long time ago, but no one bothered to upload it here. I think it's time to correct this oversight.
Translation: The entire text was translated into Russian (translated from scratch, there may be differences from the Bukovsky translation). Translated icons on the radar (there are a couple of them, but they are) Intro video translated
Installation instructions: Copy the files from the translation folder to the game folder.
