This NoCD, unlike many others, is in the form of a corrected game launch exe.

Usage:
Move it to the same place where the regular game launch exe is located along the GTA/GTAWIN/ path, and launch the game with it.

Note:
Works only on the Retail-version, that is, on the version installed from the CD-ROM (or from the image of the CD-ROM with the game).
