Press the F8 key during the game, load the cars from the "Funny Vehicles" category and enjoy.

1-) download the latest version of OpenIV from openiv.com
2-) Select edit mode
3-) copy the file ind_prop_dlc_roller_car.ydr to x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/mpindependence/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/dlc_lev_des.rpf
4-) copy file prop_bumper_car_01.ydr to x64i.rpf/levels/gta5/props/recreational/v_sports.rpf
