Well, I made a mod for San Andreas that replaces all the special effects in the game. The name of this mod is Special Defects.
WHAT DOES:
A bunch of everything! Now cars have purple neon, motorcycles have yellow neon, helicopters have green neon, and planes have red neon!!! Explosions now look more realistic. Instead of water, now it’s either lava or some kind of swamp, depending on the time of day. Instead of the Moon - Jupiter. Smoke, fire, birds, small bushes, headlights and much more have also been replaced (I took a few textures from Vice City, but I transferred most of it myself).
ACTUAL INSTALLATION:
Paste the effectsPC.txd and particle.txd files from my archive into the models folder and confirm the replacement. That's ALL!!! The mod is installed. Five programs were used, namely photoshop unreal, paint super-puper modification, imgtool v2.0, Vice TXD and TXD WorkShop v3.5!!! So, this mod is exclusive for two sites gtamycity.narod.ru (that is, for my site) and add-ons.narod.ru (that is, for Igor's site). All rights violated .

Ну вот я и сделал мод для San Andreas заменяющий все спецэффекты в игре. Название этого мода - СпецДефекты.
ЧТО ДЕЛАЕТ:
Кучу всего! Теперь у автомобилей фиолетовый неон, у мотоциклов жёлтый неон, у вертолётов зелёный неон, а у самолётов красный неон!!!Взрывы теперь выглядитят более реалистичней. Вместо воды теперь то лава, то какое-то болото, взависимости от времени суток. Вместо Луны - Юпитер. Также подверглись замене дым, огонь, птички, маленькие кустики, свет от фар и многое другое(несколько текстуры я взял из Vice Citу, но большинство я передал сам).
СОБСТВЕННО УСТАНОВКА:
Вставьте файлы effectsPC.txd и particle.txd из моего архива в папку models и подтвердите замену. Вот и ВСЁ!!!Мод установлен. Были использованы пять прог, а именно фотожопа unreal, paint super-puper модификация, imgtool v2.0, Vice TXD и TXD WorkShop v3.5!!! Итак, этот мод эксклюзивен для двух сайтов gtamycity.narod.ru (то есть для моего сайта) и add-ons.narod.ru (то есть для сайта Игоря). Все права нарушены .
При размещении мода на других ресурсах должны быть ссылки на два вышеуказанных сайта.
