replace the cj_ext_vend.txd and cj_ext_vend2.txd files with the gta3.img archive using the IMG Tool 2.0
Note: In the Interiours-Revisited mod, the textures of only the vending machines inside the premises were replaced. My modification supplements this mod with street vending machines exactly the same as inside.
I didn't find a vending machine with chips on the street, that's why on the screen there's a vending machine with chips from a 24-7 store.
