files "sultan.wft" and "sultan.wtd" to similar ones from the archive.

Then replace the lines in the files "carcols.dat", "handling.dat" and "vehicles.ide"

(they are in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") on those

which are registered in "ReadMe (RUS).html".

Затем замените строки в файлах "carcols.dat", "handling.dat" и "vehicles.ide"

(они лежат в "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") на те,

которые прописаны в "ReadMe (RUS).html".
