SA Tools Pack — a set of programs that should be at hand for every modmaker who develops mods forGTA San Andreas . All programs are united by one common menu, in which they are divided into categories.
The set includes:
- Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 (author: Alci) is a powerful program for working with IMG-archives of the game.
- TXD Workshop 4.5 (author: Jernej L.) is a well-known tool for working with txd containers that store game textures; allows you to extract textures, replace any textures with your own.
- G-TXD 0.1 (author: REspawn) is an alternative TXD Workshop program for working with textures.
- MEd v0.32 Beta (author: Tony Wroblewski) is the only program of its kind for working with the location of the game (and in general with the entire game territory, be it a city or interiors), it can also view IMG files and supports simple operations with them.
- PedEditor 1.0 (author: Scream24k, Russian language file: Russian version.
- SA Ammunation Tool 1.0 (author: Emperror) - a program for editing weapon parameters.
- SA Handling ED 1.0 (author: Apocalypse inc) is a program for fine-tuning vehicle parameters. Russian version.
- San Andreas Audio Toolkit Visual (author: koPPP) is a program for working with game sound files.
- GFS 1.1 (Author: Pho3niXx) is an alternative program for working with sounds, in fact, another shell for the San Andreas Audio Toolkit.
- TimecycSAfix (author: Myster92) - editing timecyc files responsible for sky colors, some weather parameters, etc.
- Collision File Editor II 0.4b (author: Steve M.) - an indispensable program for authors working with new objects; allows you to create a collision for an object, looks through col-files.
- San Andreas Teleport v 3.0 beta (author: deNULL) - the program allows you to teleport to any specified point on the location, can determine the coordinates of the player. Russian version.

SA Tools Pack — набор программ, которые должны быть под рукой у каждого модмейкера, разрабатывающего моды для GTA San Andreas. Все программы объединены одним общим меню, в котором они разбиты по категориям.
Набор включает в себя:
- Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 (автор: Alci) — мощная программа для работы с IMG-архивами игры.
