This mod is an attempt to restore the atmosphere of the early (beta) version of GTA 3 on the mobile platform. It is based on resources from PS2-version (PAL 1.4), supplemented with elements from PC and GTA3D modification. The goal is to recreate the visual style and content close to the original development of the game.
Installation:
- Make sure CLEO for GTA 3 is installed;
- Transfer the files to the folder:
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gta3/files/GTA3; - For optional files — rename the desired file to the standard name. For example:
- timecyc.dat(ps2) → timecyc.
- dat. Similarly with other .dat and .img files.
Note:
- Some textures may have bugs, especially Claude's model;
- All rights and acknowledgements for resources belong to their respective authors;
- The author of the build, editing and data extraction from the PS2 ISO is Sheikh.
