1986 Chevrolet C4 (EPM) for GTA 4

Tommy has been looking for a brand new Banshee — and here it is, presented in the form of a classic 1986 Chevrolet C4.

Features:

EPM (working retractable headlights) support;
Detailed model;
Based on the original 1986 design.

Known flaws:

Glass collision doesn't work;
Reverse is not illuminated.

Note from the author: This is my first mod for GTA 4, so there may be small errors. I will be glad if someone can fix them and reupload an improved version. Help and tips on fixing bugs are also welcome.
