A comprehensive mod pack that includes the latest community-made fixes and functional gameplay improvements.
The goal of this project is to simplify the process of patching the game while preserving the traditions of the original by making the installation as easy as in the case of SilentPatch. Trying to simulate Rockstar themselves if they released an official patch for their game.
Features:
- 60 FPS support for smoother performance;
- High-definition interface in its original design;
- Proper widescreen mode with correct scaling;
- Essential bug fixes for improved stability (LeftoverFix (extended), SilentPatch, SkyGFX, etc.);
- Fixed camera system (PS2-style + free rotation in vehicles).
Installation:Extract the contents into the game folder (requires EXE 1.0).
Additional Information:Unlike other community packs, this mod set follows the philosophy of Modding Base—a continuously updated collection of essential fixes and enhancements, without subjective artistic changes. The goal is to simulate real game updates that prioritize stability and functionality.
This modpack will be divided into two parts:
- Core Fixes – fundamental improvements and bug fixes;
- Enhanced Assets – updated textures in original quality and improved radio audio (larger file size).
