Installation:
- OpenSparkIVand go to the folder:
pcmodelscdimages. - Open fileCOMPONENTPEDS.IMG.
- Unzip the contents of the downloaded archive on your device.
- InSparkIVpress the buttonImportand import the updated fileCOMPONENTPEDS.IMG, replacing the old one.
- Press the ! button! Saveto save changes.
Now enjoy the updated and more realistic passers-by in GTA IV!

pc\models\cdimages. - Откройте файл COMPONENTPEDS.IMG.
