In short: the link will contain 2 archives - the main one (textures from the PC versions of GTA 3, VC, SA, mobile LCS and CTW, Manhunt (Updated Classic build, since I was too lazy to download a clean version), and a bonus one (an expanded Original folder from DimZet's sources - many more textures - from all versions of SA, interface from PS2 VC, and more). Also, Manhunt comes with Russified textures (also taken from DimZet, as I couldn't find them anywhere else) and a couple of textures from the PS2 version
I tried to extract as many textures as possible, in short about each game (only the main archive):
- GTA 3: I extracted almost all the textures that were possible, plus radar and hud icons from PS2, textures of some characters, explosion and fire effects from XBOX. Everything is sorted;
- GTA Vice City: I extracted textures from gta3.img, plus shadows from PS2 and a couple of textures from XBOX (DDS format). I didn't extract external files, and there's little point, since everything is compressed... thoroughly. Partial sorting;
- GTA San Andreas: I extracted all 4 archives (gta3, gta_int, cutscene, player) and external files. The sorting is different everywhere, see for yourself;
- GTA Liberty City Stories: textures of the map (roads, walls, all that), transport, weapons, peds, etc. Partial sorting;
- GTA Chinatown Wars: dxt.bin and game.pak completely. No sorting (only divided by these 2 archives);
- Manhunt: textures of scenes (textures of the map, weapons, characters, etc.), effects, and something else. Partial sorting.
Formats: png (the main mass of textures), bmp (some bonus ones), dds (also some bonuses and Russian Manhunt).
P.S. Use it for your health, if you want to re-upload it somewhere - indicate the authors.

Если коротко: по ссылке будет 2 архива — основной (текстуры из ПК версий GTA 3, VC, SA, мобильных LCS и CTW, Manhunt (сборка Updated Classic, так как мне было лень скачивать чистую версию), и бонусный (расширенная мной папка Original из исходников DimZet'а — намного больше текстур — со всех версий SA, интерфейс из PS2 VC, и не только). Также с Манхантом идут русифицированные текстуры (брал также у Димзета, так как больше нигде не нашёл) и пара текстур с PS2 версии
Постарался выдрать как можно больше текстур, если коротко про каждую игру (только основной архив):
- GTA 3: вытащил практически все текстуры, какие было можно, плюс иконки радара и hud'а с PS2, текстуры некоторых персонажей, эффекты взрыва и огня с XBOX. Всё отсортировано;
- GTA Vice City: вытащил текстуры из gta3.img, плюс тени с PS2 и пара текстур с XBOX (формат DDS). Внешние файлы не вытаскивал, и смысла мало, так как всё пережато... основательно. Сортировка частичная;
- GTA San Andreas: вытащил все 4 архива (gta3, gta_int, cutscene, player) и внешние файлы. Сортировка везде по разному, смотрите сами;
- GTA Liberty City Stories: текстуры карты (дороги, стены, вот это всё), транспорт, оружие, педы и т.д. Сортировка частичная;
- GTA Chinatown Wars: dxt.bin и game.pak полностью. Без сортировки (только по этим 2 архивам разделено);
- Manhunt: текстуры сцен (текстуры карты, оружия, персонажи и т.д.), эффекты, ещё что-то. Сортировка частичная.
Форматы: png (основная масса текстур), bmp (некоторые бонусные), dds (также некоторые бонусы и рус. Манхантовские).
