This is a fork from my one of \"TweaksV v10\" mod\'s functions.
It allows to dynamically change amount of traffic on motorways. Vanilla game uses 1.7 multiplier for traffic when you\'re on motorway (ex. ring road around LV). It means that whenever you get on motorway, the amount of traffic was multiplied by 1.7 It was a bit weird when you go out of town late night and the roads were full of cars.
With this mod you can adjust this multiplier to your preferences.
Like make more cars during rush hours and fewer during the night. This is set in .ini file.
Example:
Time0=1.0 sets multiplier to 1.0 when clock time is in 00:00-1:00 range.
Time18=1.6 sets multiplier to 1.6 when clock time is in 18:00-19:00 range.
Note, that this is a multiplier, not a direct setting. The game uses data from popcycle.dat and this multiplier. Adjust the values accordingly.
