Created from scratch debug menu that allows you to do interesting things.

Features:

Spawn any weapon on any level;
Free camera with teleportation function;
Access to the unused «Fun Mode»;
Switch «Blood -> Flowers»;
Enabling «Quick Menu Select» (console function);
God Mode (but does not protect from fall damage);
NoClip (beta version — may be very buggy);
Access to real debug functions (freezing the world, some checks).

Usage:

Press F1 to enable and F2 to disable in game (not in the menu).

Keys:

UP/DOWN arrows — scroll input;
LEFT/RIGHT arrows — change page;
Enter — execute.

Созданное с нуля меню отладки, позволяющее делать интересные вещи.

Особенности:

Спавн любого оружия на любом уровне;
Свободная камера с функцией телепортации;
Доступ к неиспользуемому «Fun Mode»;
Переключатель «Кровь -> Цветы»;
Включение «Quick Menu Select» (функция с консолей);
God Mode (но не защищает от повреждений при падении);
NoClip (бета-версия — может быть очень глючной);
Доступ к реальным отладочным функциям (замораживание мира, некоторые проверки).

Использование:

Нажмите F1 для включения и F2 для отключения в игре (не в меню).

Клавиши:

Стрелки ВВЕРХ/ВНИЗ — прокрутка ввода;
Стрелки ВЛЕВО/ВПРАВО — сменить страницу;
Enter — выполнить.

PS2 Menu SFX Restoration

Cut sound effects from the PS2 version of the game. Changes: When picking up a first-aid kit or weapon, the SFX from the PS2/PSP version of the game is used, and not the SFX from GTA 3. The menu uses the same SFX as the PS2 version of the game...
