Updated radiostation Vladivostok FM for GTA 4

I decided to refresh Vladivostok FM, all the tracks tried to match the atmosphere of the 2000s.

Listen and enjoy. May bring you old-school.

Tested on GTA 4 1.0.7.0, for the performance on other versions are not sure.

Of the minuses I can highlight the bug bug scratching the sound. Treated by switching the radio station to another.

1. File radio_vladivostok.rpf copied into a folder with the game, confirming the replacement of D:/Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/audio/Sfx

2. File SOUNDS.DAT15 copied into a folder with the game, confirming the replacement of D:/Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/audio/Config

Also in the folder Backup left the original files, which would rollback.
