[GTA Trilogy] Rain Fix (chuva corrigida)
Update 11/19/2021:
- The authors managed to fix raindrops on the ground;
- The authors managed to optimize the rain texture and reduce it from 2048 to 256 pixels without any visible quality loss. This should increase FPS when it rains.

- Added the ability to remove drops from the ground.
Many players complained about heavy rain, especially at night, which made it unbearable to play through the trilogy. This mod will fix this bug. Now the raindrops will become more transparent. Also, the drop will become smaller. The mod works on GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
