Installation:
1. Using the IMG Tool, move the contents of the models folder to gta3.img with a replacement;
2. Move the contents of the data folder to the game directory with a replacement. Muzzle flash, smoke and new characteristics depend on this.

Heckler & Koch UMP (German) The submachine gun is designed according to the scheme with a blowback. Since the UMP was originally designed to fire large caliber cartridges, and due to the difficulty in feeding .45 ACP cartridges compared to 9x19mm Parabellum, the practical rate of fire is artificially reduced to 600 rounds per minute.

Heckler & Koch UMP (нем. Universale Maschinenpistole — универсальный пистолет-пулемёт) — пистолет-пулемёт, разработанный немецкой компанией Heckler & Koch во второй половине 1990-х годов и поставленный на серийное производство в 1999 году. Пистолет-пулемёт сконструирован по схеме с свободным затвором. Так как UMP в оригинале разрабатывался для стрельбы крупнокалиберными патронами, и в связи с затруднениями при подаче патронов .45 ACP по сравнению с 9×19 мм Парабеллум, практическая скорострельность искусственно снижена до 600 выстрелов в минуту.
