PedEditor - a functional program for changing the parameters of passers-by (peds) in the game.
With its help, you can diversify the game world: choose the vehicles used by specific passers-by, change the animation, behavior model, etc. Also, using PedEditor it is convenient to determine the 3D model and texture used by the ped - a useful feature for mod creators.
The program does not require installation - just unzip it to any folder and run it.

С ее помощью можно разнообразить игровой мир: выбрать используемые конкретными прохожими транспортные средства, изменить анимацию, модель поведения и т.д. Также с помощью PedEditor удобно определять используемую педом 3D-модель и текстуру — полезная функция для создателей модов.
