RunDLL32.exe Fix
Surely many have encountered such a problem when you click on gta_sa.exe (or a shortcut), but the game does not open. There is no error message, and in the task manager you can see that the process remains open. But the game won't open even if you wait a long time.
This is due to the rundll32.exe process that opens with the game. Some people have also experienced problems opening the game when there is no internet connection, which makes absolutely no sense. And all this happens because of the wonderful rundll32.exe!
