Using the SparkIV or OpenIV program, import the files from the "To import to vehicles.img" folder into the archive [Game folder]/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img

Copy the entire contents of the "To copy to game folder" folder to the game folder. Confirm the replacement if necessary.

(!) If you want to be able to remove the modification, then do not forget to save the original copies of the replaced files in a safe place.
