During the mission "Complete Mayhem", all groups except the hooligans fight among themselves, randomly. This mod does the same thing, only in free mode (including hooligans). All peds are getting stronger!
Installation:
We throw the mod files into the game folder, confirming the replacement.
Example - From the "config" folder, which is located in the downloaded archive, we extract all the files and replace them with those located in the game folder.
