Take-Two Interactive has announced for the first time the specific timeline for the Grand Theft Auto VI marketing campaign launch — it will begin this summer. The company disclosed this in its financial report for the third quarter of 2026, while simultaneously confirming the game's release date for the third time — November 19, 2026.

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick, when asked by journalists how confident he is about the release after two previous delays, answered directly: "As you approach the start of marketing activities, the confidence level is at its highest."

So far, Rockstar has only shown two cinematic trailers for GTA 6 featuring protagonists Duval and Lucia Caminos and the state of Leonida in Florida. No one has seen gameplay yet, but the game has already become one of the most anticipated in history.

By the way, the GTA franchise is showing excellent results even without the sixth installment. According to the financial report, the number of GTA+ subscribers has doubled over the year, and GTA 5 has surpassed 225 million copies sold.
