2025 is coming to an end — a year that turned out to be one of the most exciting for fans of Rockstar Games. Ahead lies 2026, the anticipated autumn release of GTA 6, and plenty of potential surprises.

Of course, the biggest event everyone is waiting for is GTA 6, scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. If the insiders are correct, we’re in for one of the most epic entries in the series and a true milestone for the gaming industry.

Another major event in 2026 could be the long-rumored next-gen update for Red Dead Redemption 2, hinted at by various insiders. The game may receive 60 FPS gameplay, ports to new consoles, and even a version for Nintendo Switch 2. There have also been rumors about a GTA 4 remaster — which is another release we’re eagerly awaiting.
