An ASI plugin that fixes an error in setting the mouse sensitivity in the Y axis. According to the author, it works in GTA III, VC and SA.
Installation:
File Y-Axis_Sensitivity_Fix_gta3vcsa.asi extract to the folder with the game. Performance tested on gta_vc.exe version 1.0.
