Updated Classic Uncover - Vice City Build 23

It is the latest version (edge) of the Updated Classic 23 assembly in the form of a set of files placed in the modloader; instead of downloading the full assembly, now you just need to download the archive with the fixes.

Disclaimer:Updated Classic Uncover (GTA Trilogy Uncover) is a project aimed at discovering and distributing resources used in Updated Classic builds, improving them and adding new fixes, embodying its own slightly more canonical vision in accordance with the original spirit of Rockstar Games development. All developments are open and optional, all authors are listed.

Installation:

Copy and replace the files to the root of the folder with the original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Target:

Distribution of fixes made as part of the build so that other people can use them in their own work, indicating the authorship of the developers.

Additionally:

The build will include its own unique fixes that will not appear in the official Updated Classic builds, several optimization changes have already been made

Hint:

To enable add-ons, go to the /modloader/addons/ folder and copy/move the add-on you want to use to the /modloader folder. Or activate all add-ons by removing the "addons" line from /modloader/modloader.ini

Mod updates will occur gradually but in online mode (rolling-release), not all changes will be available immediately.

Additions will be approved if specific requirements are met.
