I noticed that San Andreas was missing a stock pickup truck in the spirit of the game universe, similar to the Chevrolet S10 Blazer. I decided to fix this situation on my own, using only Blender, DragonFF, and resources from other cars in the game. The model was created based on the Landstalker, which was seriously redesigned: reduced in size to match the S10, the front end was completely changed, and the rear end was kept to preserve the lore. The result is an authentic, game-style vehicle that fits perfectly into the traffic of San Andreas.
Features:
- Lore-friendly design: the car is styled after the GTA universe and fits perfectly into the game's traffic.
- Several versions: 3 basic model options + a 4th two-tone option. along with a two-tone performance version.
- Detailed design: the model is based on Landstalker with modified dimensions, a completely redesigned front end, and the original rear end preserved.
- Installation flexibility: the mod is supplied as an add-on (requires Fastman92 Limit Adjuster), but can be easily converted into a replacement.
- Optimization: Standard GTA SA resources are used for compatibility and stability.
This is the author's first public release on LibertyCity. The model was created from scratch in Blender using DragonFF, following instructions for creating a two-tone paint job and a performance version. The author has realized his long-standing idea and is happy to share the result with the community.
Installation:
- Add-on version: Requires Fastman92 Limit Adjuster to be installed. Follow the instructions in the archive.
- Replacement: Can be installed as a replacement for one of the existing machines in the game (instructions included).
It is recommended to use the add-on version for maximum compatibility and to add the vehicle to traffic. Basic game preparation (modloader, Limit Adjuster) is required for installation.
