Programs for unpacking and packing the game cache GTA Liberty City Stories Android .
To use the programs, unpack all files from the archive.
To unpack, drag the file obb to obbdec_lcs.exe or open with this programs .
A folder will appear next to the obb file! out
Make your changes in the files of the unpacked cache and pack by dragging the folder to makeobb_lcs.exe
The file out.obb , which must be renamed, otherwise the game will not detect the modified cache.

Появится файл out.obb, который нужно переименовать, иначе игра не обнаружит модифицированный кэш.
