The "High-Res Decals for GTA 4" mod replaces the standard decals with high-quality HD versions while keeping the original style, enhancing the level of detail.

All textures are made 4 times better than the originals.
Tested on version 1.0.7.0, it may also work on others
MIP mapping was also added to the textures so that the textures in the game do not look sharp since they have an increased resolution

Installation is included in the archive.

The October 2025 update: all effects have been completely remade by a professional neural network. Compared to the previous version, it now supports resolutions of up to 2048x2048. The installation process remains unchanged.
